Cadet College Spinkai A cadet college has been approved for the youth of South Waziristan. The college was announced during the Chief of Army Staff visit to Chagmalai. The population in focus were locals of Jandola, Kokai, Manzai, Chagmalai, Shahoor and surroundings. In order to finalize the location, best suiting to the entire population, three Jirgas (on 6 Aug, 8 Aug and 10 Sep 11) were arranged by Political Agent (PA) Tank. Permamanet location was earmarked near Spinkai Raghzai and Sararogha, hence it has been named as Cadet College Sararogha (CCS). In order to start its function immediately, temporary location has also been selected in either of the existing Buidling of WITE (Waziristan Institute of Technical Education). On 10 September 2011 a preliminary test (to identify potential students for preparatory classes) was conducted. 165 students were picked to undergo Preparatory Classes for Entrance Test out of total 441.
On 22 January 2012 Entry Test was conducted were 806 students appeared for the test.
On 18 March 2010 Final List of 50 Students was published after interviews and medical tests.
On 1 April 2010 classes started with first batch of students
